The best way to deal with this is to put the cigars you receive in a humidor for a day or two to bring them back up to ideal freshness. In most cases,and for most brands,our cigars come directly from the manufacturer. Some specific brands,however can come from resellers and local distributors,mostly to avoid outrageously high minimum advertised selling prices (MAP). We try our best to work with honest suppliers and manufacturers,who provide reasonable prices for us to offer,or don't attempt to control them all together. Do you offer Cigar Samplers? Yes we do,for some specific brands and lines. Most of our samplers are sourced directly from the manufacturer,as we try not to mix our own packs. Almost all cigar brands we carry offer some sort of sampler or gift pack so you can try the flavors,without committing to an entire box. What's your return policy?
