Shipping Methods

All of our packages are shipped using USPS, SpeeDee Delivery, LSO and Sonic. When it shipped by LSO or Sonic, the delivery is 2 step process (combination of two carriers). First it goes on commercial LTL truck to local carrier and then the local carrier delivers. Depending on location, please allow 5-8 business days for orders to arrive (this estimate does not include the time needed to process, package, and drop off your order).

Shipping Zones

We accept orders and ship to the entire contiguous United States, but with a few restrictions. Due to state restrictions we do not ship tobacco to the following states: Alaska, California, Illinois, South Dakota, Maine, Montana, Vermont, Utah and Washington.
Orders outside of the contiguous United States (Hawaii) are shipped with United States Postal Service. Orders outside of CONUS will have higher shipping charges and sometimes may take up to 10 business days to get delivered.

Shipping to AFO/FPO

At this time we do not offer shipping to AFO/FPO destinations.

Shipping to PO Box

Yes, we offer shipping to PO Box addresses.

International Shipping

At this time we do not accept international orders.

Shipping & Handling Prices

We offer a low flat rate for budget shipping of $10.99. Additionally, we offer great discounts on shipping for bigger orders. Please check back often on shipping promotions. Final shipping options and prices are displayed during checkout.

Free Shipping & Specials

Periodically, we offer free shipping to our customers. Please check our website often for special offers and coupons. You may also subscribe to our Newsletter to receive notifications about our specials on email.

Adult Signature

Adult Signature required for any orders made on our website. With Adult Signature Required, the carrier requires an adult aged 21 or older to sign for the package. Please note that in case of unsigned or refused packages, undeliverable address, etc. original shipping fees is non-refundable. The package may be re-shipped upon request, but will require payment of a second shipping charge to cover the cost of re-shipment.

Order Processing

Processing times vary by product, but typical processing times for products “In Stock” are 1-2 business days, in rare occasions it may take additional 1 business day. We always do our best to package and ship products as soon as we can, so your orders can get to you as fast as possible. We will provide a tracking number for your order if available from the carrier.

Tracking Orders

Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as an order being shipped. Depending on your email's spam filter settings, tracking numbers may arrive in your spam folder, so please check there as well. Please note, USPS tracking information may not show up for up to 48 hours. Sometimes, your package may not be scanned at every stopping point, but that does not mean it was not picked up or not on the way – thanks in advance for your patientce!
